Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and analytical Junior Insurance Analyst with 1-3 years of experience, holding a Master of Laws (LLM) degree, to join our team in Guwahati. This role will be crucial in managing and optimizing insurance-related aspects within our facility management operations, ensuring compliance, and mitigating risks. The ideal candidate will leverage their legal background and analytical skills to interpret insurance policies, assess claims, and contribute to strategic risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, interpret, and analyze insurance policies, contracts, and related legal documents to ensure comprehensive coverage for company assets and operations.
- Assist in the evaluation and processing of insurance claims, liaising with insurance providers, legal counsel, and relevant internal departments.
- Conduct legal research on insurance regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices relevant to the facility management industry in India.
- Identify potential risks and liabilities related to insurance coverage and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Prepare reports and presentations on insurance matters, claim status, and risk assessments for management.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to manage insurance renewals, policy adjustments, and premium allocations.
- Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to insurance and risk management.
- Support the development and implementation of insurance-related policies and procedures.
