We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Jewellery Designer with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Sc degree to join our dynamic team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of jewellery design principles, material properties, and manufacturing processes, combined with a passion for innovation and digital aesthetics. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing unique jewellery designs that align with our brand's vision and cater to evolving market trends. This role requires a blend of artistic skill, technical proficiency, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and design innovative jewellery pieces, from initial sketches to detailed 3D models.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure designs are feasible for manufacturing and meet quality standards.
- Research current and emerging jewellery trends, materials, and technologies.
- Create technical drawings and specifications for production.
- Work closely with artisans and production teams to translate designs into finished products.
- Contribute to mood boards and design presentations.
- Maintain a high level of detail and accuracy in all design work.
- Adapt designs for different materials and production techniques.
