Junior Leadership Recruiter - Law Enforcement / Security Services

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Leadership Recruiter to join our growing Human Resources team. This role is ideal for an individual with 0-2 years of experience and an M.Com background, looking to build a career in talent acquisition within the dynamic law enforcement and security services sector. You will support the recruitment process for leadership and specialized roles, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent to maintain our industry leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing candidates for leadership and specialized positions using various recruitment channels, including job boards, professional networks, and internal databases.

Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements and educational background (M.Com preferred).

Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.

Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Support the offer negotiation and onboarding process for successful candidates.

Collaborate with the HR team on various recruitment projects and initiatives.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
