Junior Media Production & Entertainment - Other - TV / Radio

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Media Production & Entertainment professional with 2-4 years of experience and an M.Des degree to join our growing team in Pune. This role involves contributing to the conceptualization, production, and execution of various media projects within the TV and Radio sectors. You will collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure high-quality output and adherence to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of creative concepts and storyboards for TV and radio content.
- Support the production team in managing pre-production, production, and post-production processes.
- Contribute to scriptwriting and content development, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Coordinate with talent, crew, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for media projects.
- Conduct research and gather information relevant to project requirements.
- Assist in editing and post-production tasks, including sound design and visual effects.
- Ensure all media output meets quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Manage project documentation and maintain organized records.
