Junior Refinery Operations Manager (Surat)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Refinery Operations Manager with 1-2 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our team in Surat. This role will support the efficient and safe operation of our refinery, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of operational processes and a keen eye for detail in legal and compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in overseeing daily refinery operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and production targets.
- Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Review and interpret operational data, flagging any anomalies or deviations.
- Support the implementation of new operational procedures and technologies.
- Ensure all refinery activities comply with Indian environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Assist in the preparation and review of legal documentation related to permits, licenses, and compliance.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory concerns or disputes.
- Participate in incident investigations and contribute to the development of corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of operational activities and compliance documentation.
- Support the legal team in understanding operational challenges and providing relevant context.
