Junior Tool & Die Maker - IT Services

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Tool & Die Maker with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Des degree and a foundational understanding of tool and die design principles. This role involves supporting the creation and maintenance of precision tooling used in manufacturing processes within our IT services context, ensuring high-quality output and operational efficiency. You will work closely with experienced engineers and technicians to bring innovative solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and development of tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures for manufacturing IT hardware components.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models.

Operate and maintain various machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC machines.

Perform precision grinding, machining, and assembly of tool and die components.

Conduct quality checks and measurements to ensure tools meet specified tolerances.

Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve tooling issues.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of tooling processes and designs.

Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
