Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, preparation, and execution of food and beverage production, adhering to strict quality and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products, documenting any discrepancies.
- Implement and maintain hygiene and sanitation protocols in the kitchen and production areas.
- Collaborate with the F&B team to develop new recipes and menu items, considering nutritional value and presentation.
- Support in managing supplier relationships and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
