Leadership Recruiter (2-4 Yrs) - Gurgaon

Role Summary: Wipro Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Leadership Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Gurgaon. This role will focus on identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent for critical leadership positions within our growing Hardware & Networking division. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in executive search and a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical landscape to source candidates with diverse backgrounds and skill sets. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with 2-4 years of recruiting experience and an M.Pharma degree to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates for leadership roles in Hardware & Networking.
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including behavioral and competency-based interviews, to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of executive talent through networking, industry events, and proactive outreach.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand their talent needs and provide strategic recruiting advice.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Utilize market intelligence and data to inform recruiting strategies and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Leverage your M.Pharma background to understand and recruit for roles requiring scientific and technical expertise within the broader Hardware & Networking context.
