Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Load Dispatcher to join our dynamic team in Indore. The Load Dispatcher will be responsible for assisting in the efficient scheduling and coordination of train movements, ensuring timely operations, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring train schedules and operational status in real-time.
- Coordinate with station masters, guards, and control room staff to ensure smooth train movement.
- Record and report any deviations from the schedule or operational disruptions.
- Maintain accurate logs of train movements, delays, and other relevant operational data.
- Support senior dispatchers in managing train loads and ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Communicate effectively with various railway departments to resolve operational issues.
- Learn and adhere to all safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Prepare daily/weekly operational reports as required.
