Location Manager - 0-2 Yrs - Full-Time Role

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Location Manager to oversee and manage facility operations at our client's site in Coimbatore. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical sciences and an interest in facility management, looking to gain experience in a dynamic corporate environment. The Location Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and safe operation of the facility, adhering to all company policies and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Manage a team of on-site staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Implement and maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and environmental compliance, particularly relevant to pharmaceutical or related environments.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address any maintenance, repair, or safety issues.
- Manage inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and cost-effectiveness.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices.
- Assist in budget management and cost control for the assigned location.
- Respond to and manage emergency situations effectively.
