Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis (Ahmedabad)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a driven and analytical Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. This role is crucial in supporting our consulting engagements by providing robust financial insights, forecasting, and strategic planning support to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background, including an M.Sc. degree, and a passion for financial strategy and consulting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support client projects, including forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis of client business operations, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and drivers of financial performance.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management and clients, clearly articulating findings and recommendations.
- Assist in the development of business cases and investment appraisals for strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
- Contribute to the development of intellectual property and thought leadership in financial consulting.
