This role involves conducting training sessions for employees within our managed facilities, focusing on discipline, self-defense, and physical fitness. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement structured martial arts training programs suitable for a diverse group of participants.
- Conduct regular classes, ensuring proper technique, safety, and adherence to discipline.
- Provide individual feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their skills and understanding.
- Educate participants on the principles of self-defense, physical conditioning, and mental discipline associated with martial arts.
- Maintain a safe and clean training environment, ensuring all equipment is in good condition.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular updates on their development.
- Organize and facilitate martial arts demonstrations or friendly competitions.
- Collaborate with the HR and Administration teams to promote employee engagement in wellness activities.
