Mechanic at GoodWorks Facility Management

We are seeking a diligent and organized Mechanic to join our team at GoodWorks Facility Management in Pune. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM degree looking to gain experience in the operational aspects of facility management. You will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist senior mechanics in performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).

- Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or potential issues.

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and time spent.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance tasks.

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of spare parts and materials.

- Support the facility management team in day-to-day operational tasks and projects.

- Learn and adapt to new maintenance techniques and technologies.
