Media Buying - Railways Sector (2-3 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Media Buying professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement within the Indian Railways sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital and traditional media channels, particularly as they apply to corporate communications and B2B marketing in the infrastructure and engineering domain.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement comprehensive media buying strategies across various platforms including digital (search, social, display) and traditional (print, OOH) channels, aligning with company objectives and budget.
* Manage and negotiate media placements, ensuring optimal reach and cost-effectiveness for campaigns targeting stakeholders in the Indian Railways industry.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate regular reports on key metrics (e.g., ROI, CTR, conversions), providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to ensure media plans are integrated with overall marketing strategies and brand messaging.
* Identify and evaluate new media opportunities and trends relevant to the Railways sector.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and agencies.
* Ensure all media activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
