Medical Officer (2-4 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Officer with 2-4 years of experience to join our Facility Management team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the health and wellness programs within our corporate facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for all employees and visitors. This role requires a strong understanding of corporate health policies, emergency response protocols, and basic administrative functions, leveraging an M.Com background for efficient management of resources and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage health and wellness initiatives for employees.
- Oversee first-aid stations and ensure adequate medical supplies are available.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as needed, coordinating with external medical services when required.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records.
- Conduct health awareness programs and workshops on topics such as occupational health, hygiene, and preventive care.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage the budget allocated for health and wellness programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Liaise with external healthcare providers and vendors for medical services and supplies.
- Assist in the development and review of health and safety policies and procedures.
- Monitor the overall health and safety conditions within the facility and report any concerns.
