Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical Merchandising & Planning professional with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a strong aptitude for data analysis, inventory management, and strategic planning within the facility management services sector. You will play a crucial role in optimizing product assortments, managing inventory levels, and supporting strategic planning initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for product assortment optimization and promotional activities.
- Develop and maintain inventory management strategies to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize stockouts, and reduce carrying costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, operations, and sales, to forecast demand and plan merchandise accordingly.
- Assist in the development and execution of merchandising plans and strategies to meet business objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to merchandising and inventory, and provide regular reports to management.
- Support the planning and execution of new product introductions and lifecycle management.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the merchandising and planning functions.
- Utilize data analytics tools to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations.
