The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the visual presentation and commercial success of our hardware and networking products across online and offline retail channels. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, improving customer experience, and ensuring brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies for hardware and networking products across e-commerce platforms and retail stores.
- Collaborate with product management, marketing, and sales teams to create compelling product listings, visual displays, and promotional materials.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product placement and assortment optimization.
- Manage the visual merchandising aspects of online product pages, including image selection, content optimization, and layout design.
- Oversee the in-store visual merchandising guidelines and ensure consistent brand representation in retail outlets.
- Plan and execute seasonal and promotional merchandising campaigns.
- Conduct market research and customer feedback analysis to inform merchandising decisions.
- Work closely with the e-commerce team to optimize the customer journey and conversion rates.
- Ensure product information accuracy and consistency across all touchpoints.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors for visual content creation and merchandising execution.
