Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Mountaineering Instructor to join our team in Indore. This role is unique, leveraging your mountaineering expertise in a non-traditional setting within the real estate industry, potentially for employee engagement, adventure activities, or corporate wellness programs. You will be responsible for guiding participants, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and delivering engaging mountaineering experiences. While the core role is mountaineering instruction, the ideal candidate will possess a LLB degree, indicating strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, which are transferable to risk assessment, safety policy development, and client interaction within our real estate operations. This position is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience in mountaineering instruction and a foundational understanding of legal principles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead mountaineering expeditions and training sessions for various groups.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during activities.
- Provide expert instruction on climbing techniques, navigation, first aid, and survival skills.
- Assess risks and develop safety plans for all activities.
- Maintain and manage all mountaineering equipment.
- Deliver engaging and informative briefings and debriefings.
- Adapt training methods to suit different skill levels and age groups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement adventure-based programs.
- Assist in the development and review of safety policies and procedures, utilizing your LLB knowledge.
- Conduct site assessments for potential adventure activity locations.
