Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Mutual Fund Operations team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to start their career in the financial services sector, specifically within the dynamic mutual fund industry. You will be responsible for supporting various operational aspects of our mutual fund business, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the daily processing of mutual fund transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, and switch orders.

Reconcile fund transactions and NAV (Net Asset Value) calculations to ensure data integrity.

Support client account inquiries and provide timely resolutions.

Help in the preparation of regulatory reports and internal MIS.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for all operational activities.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Compliance) to ensure smooth operations.

Learn and adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
