Network Security Engineer at Wiredelta Technologies

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Network Security Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our growing team at Wiredelta Technologies in Bhubaneshwar. This role is crucial for safeguarding our network infrastructure and ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of our data. While technical expertise is valued, we are particularly interested in candidates with a strong business acumen, demonstrated through a BBA/BBM degree, who can understand the strategic importance of network security within a technology-driven startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).

Monitor network traffic for security breaches and anomalous activity, responding promptly to incidents.

Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments of network infrastructure.

Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation.

Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure security best practices are integrated into all aspects of the network.

Provide recommendations for security improvements and upgrades.

Assist in the development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
