Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Network (Support) Engineer with 0-2 years of experience to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a foundational understanding of network infrastructure and support. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth operation of our IT network, ensuring connectivity, and providing timely technical assistance to end-users. You will work closely with senior engineers to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and contribute to the overall stability of our network environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support for network-related issues, including connectivity problems, VPN access, and hardware malfunctions.

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.

Monitor network performance and identify potential issues or bottlenecks.

Respond to user tickets and resolve issues within defined SLAs.

Document network configurations, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.

Collaborate with senior network engineers on project implementation and upgrades.

Gain hands-on experience with network monitoring tools and security protocols.
