Nurse Unit Manager - Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences Sector (2-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Nurse Unit Manager with 2-4 years of experience to oversee nursing operations within our pharmaceutical and life sciences facility in Guwahati. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient patient care, managing nursing staff, and maintaining high standards of clinical practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a financial acumen suitable for managing unit resources. This position requires a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree, demonstrating a unique blend of clinical understanding and business management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.

Manage and mentor a team of nurses, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and professional development.

Develop and implement nursing care plans, ensuring patient safety and optimal health outcomes.
