Oiler - MNC (Surat)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Oiler to join our manufacturing team at our Surat facility. This entry-level position is ideal for recent BBA/BBM graduates looking to gain practical experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The Oiler will be responsible for assisting in the operation and maintenance of plant machinery, ensuring smooth production flow, and adhering to all safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior technicians and engineers in the daily operation and maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
- Monitor machine performance and report any irregularities or potential issues.
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance tasks as instructed.
- Ensure proper lubrication and cleaning of machinery to prevent wear and tear.
- Maintain accurate logs of machine operations, maintenance activities, and material usage.
- Adhere to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
- Support in inventory management of spare parts and consumables related to machinery.
- Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills in plant operations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
