Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Ordinary Seaman (OS) with a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree to join our dynamic team in Mangalore. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced TV and Radio industry. The OS will support various operational and creative tasks, contributing to the smooth functioning of our broadcasting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation and setup of studio equipment and sets for television and radio productions.

- Support the technical crew during live broadcasts and recordings, ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly.

- Help with the organization and management of production assets and materials.

- Collaborate with designers and production teams to implement visual elements for on-air graphics and set dressing.

- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of broadcast equipment under supervision.

- Contribute to the overall creative process by providing feedback and suggestions.

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company guidelines.
