Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pattern Master with 1-2 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing complex patterns for various engineering applications. This role requires a strong understanding of material science, manufacturing processes, and advanced design software.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and refine intricate patterns for components using CAD/CAM software.

Collaborate with design and engineering teams to translate concepts into manufacturable patterns.

Optimize patterns for material efficiency, structural integrity, and production feasibility.

Perform simulations and analyses to validate pattern designs.

Troubleshoot issues related to pattern generation and manufacturing processes.

Maintain accurate documentation of pattern designs and specifications.
