Payroll Manager - Medical Services / Hospital (1-3 Yrs)

Key Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll accurately and efficiently for all employees.
- Ensure timely and correct calculation of salaries, deductions, taxes (TDS), and statutory contributions (PF, ESI, etc.).
- Manage and maintain employee payroll records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Reconcile payroll reports and address any discrepancies or errors promptly.
- Stay updated on labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements in India, particularly those relevant to the healthcare industry.
- Generate various payroll reports for management and audit purposes.
- Liaise with HR and finance departments to resolve payroll-related queries and issues.
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of payroll systems and processes.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, reimbursements, and deductions.
