Performance Marketing Manager (2-3 Yrs) | Indore

Role Summary: We are seeking a driven and analytical Performance Marketing Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Indore. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for our industrial automation solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, data analysis, and a B.Sc degree in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies across channels like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, social media advertising, and programmatic advertising.

Manage and optimize paid search campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and landing page optimization.

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other relevant platforms. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives and lead generation goals.

Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies to maximize ROI.
