We are seeking a motivated and skilled Performance Testing Engineer with 2-4 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the performance, scalability, and reliability of our facility management software and systems. You will play a crucial role in identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, contributing to the overall stability and user experience of our platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and test cases for various facility management software applications.
Identify performance bottlenecks, analyze test results, and provide detailed reports with recommendations for performance improvements.
Utilize performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) to simulate user load and measure system performance under stress.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to understand system architecture and identify areas for optimization.
Monitor system performance, analyze metrics, and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal system behavior.
Stay updated with the latest performance testing methodologies and tools.
