Personal Banker - Mumbai

As a Personal Banker at Quess Corp Limited, you will be instrumental in managing and nurturing relationships with our high-value clients, understanding their unique financial needs, and offering tailored solutions. This role is designed for individuals with a creative and analytical mindset, leveraging your B.Des background to bring a fresh perspective to client engagement and service delivery within the facility management services sector. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to the growth of our client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand and analyze client needs in relation to Quess Corp's facility management services.

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of key clients.

Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell relevant services, aligning with client requirements.

Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal service delivery teams, ensuring seamless communication and problem resolution.

Prepare and present tailored service proposals, demonstrating a keen understanding of design thinking and client-centric solutions.

Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure retention and loyalty.

Contribute to the development of innovative client engagement strategies, drawing on your B.Des expertise.
