Phlebotomist (1-2 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Phlebotomist with 1-2 years of experience to join our corporate health and wellness team in Thane. This role involves managing and executing blood collection services for our employees, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to all safety protocols. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and have a foundational understanding of administrative and operational processes within a healthcare or corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection from employees accurately and safely.
- Properly label all collected samples and ensure they are prepared for laboratory analysis.
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records, including demographic information and test orders.
- Manage inventory of phlebotomy supplies and reorder as necessary.
- Ensure a clean and sterile work environment, adhering to all infection control guidelines.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to the health and wellness program, such as scheduling appointments and data entry.
- Communicate effectively with employees, providing clear instructions and addressing any concerns.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
