Planning Engineer (1-3 Yrs) Job Opportunity - TV / Radio

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Planning Engineer with 1-3 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our dynamic team in Kochi. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, resource allocation, and operational efficiency within our TV and Radio broadcasting division. This role requires a strong understanding of media operations, market trends, and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for content acquisition, channel distribution, and advertising sales.
- Analyze market data and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Forecast resource requirements, including personnel, technology, and budget, for various projects and operational needs.
- Optimize broadcast schedules and resource utilization to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including programming, sales, and technical operations, to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on planning initiatives, performance metrics, and financial projections.
- Monitor industry trends and technological advancements in the TV and Radio sectors to recommend innovative solutions.
- Assist in the development of business cases for new ventures and service expansions.
