Role Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Plant Performance Engineer with an LLM background to join our dynamic team in Surat. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement data-driven strategies for improving plant operational efficiency, energy consumption, and output.
- Utilize LLM capabilities to interpret technical reports, regulatory documents, and operational logs, extracting actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and engineering, to implement performance improvement initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular performance reports for senior management.
- Conduct root cause analysis for performance deviations and propose corrective actions.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in plant performance analysis and LLM applications in industrial settings.
- Assist in due diligence processes for potential investments, evaluating the operational performance and risks of target companies.
