We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Plant Project Manager with 2-4 years of experience and a strong legal background (LLB) to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of plant-related projects within our real estate development portfolio. This role requires a unique blend of project management skills and legal acumen to navigate contracts, permits, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of plant project lifecycles, from initiation to closure.
  • Review and interpret legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian laws, regulations, and building codes.
  • Coordinate with legal counsel, government agencies, and other stakeholders to secure necessary permits and approvals.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
