Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Plant Project Manager with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. This role is ideal for an M.Tech graduate looking to kick-start their career in industrial automation project management. You will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of plant automation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for automation projects.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and site operations, to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, escalating them to senior management as needed.
Support in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
Gain exposure to various aspects of plant automation, including PLC, SCADA, HMI, and DCS systems.
Learn and apply project management methodologies and best practices.
