Private Attorney / Lawyer - PSU (Indore)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Private Attorney / Lawyer with 3-4 years of experience to join our legal team in Indore. This role is crucial for supporting our extensive railway and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of legal acumen and a creative approach, leveraging their B.Des background to understand the nuances of project documentation and contractual obligations within the railway sector. You will play a key role in advising on legal matters, drafting and reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide legal counsel and support on a wide range of corporate and project-related legal issues for railway and infrastructure projects.

- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and memorandums of understanding, ensuring clarity and legal soundness.

- Advise on compliance with Indian laws, regulations, and industry-specific standards applicable to railway construction and operations.

- Conduct legal research and provide analysis on complex legal matters relevant to the company's business.

- Assist in dispute resolution, litigation, and arbitration processes when required.

- Collaborate with project teams, engineers, and management to identify and mitigate legal risks.

- Utilize analytical and design thinking skills, honed through a B.Des, to interpret project specifications and contractual clauses for effective legal application.
