We are seeking a diligent and analytical Private Detective with 2-4 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting investigations related to intellectual property theft, counterfeit products, supply chain integrity, and competitive intelligence within the industrial equipment and machinery sector. This role requires a strong understanding of technical processes and a meticulous approach to information gathering and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough investigations into allegations of intellectual property infringement, including patent, trademark, and design theft.
- Investigate cases of counterfeit products and unauthorized distribution within the industrial equipment and machinery supply chain.
- Gather intelligence on competitor activities, market trends, and potential threats to the company's business interests.
- Develop and execute surveillance strategies, both physical and digital, to collect evidence.
- Analyze complex data sets and technical documentation to identify patterns and anomalies.
- Prepare detailed investigative reports, including findings, evidence, and recommendations, for management review.
- Collaborate with legal, R&D, and supply chain departments to ensure effective risk mitigation and asset protection.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines during investigations.
- Utilize advanced investigative tools and techniques, including open-source intelligence (OSINT) and forensic analysis.
- Provide expert testimony or support in legal proceedings when required.
