Job Description
We are seeking a driven and analytical Private Equity Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our team focused on the dynamic Railways sector in India. This role is ideal for a B.Tech/B.E. graduate with a strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and deal execution, coupled with a keen interest in infrastructure and transportation investments.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth market research and due diligence on potential investment opportunities within the Indian Railways and related infrastructure sub-sectors.
Develop and maintain complex financial models for valuation, forecasting, and deal analysis.
Assist in the structuring and execution of private equity transactions, including LBOs, M&A, and growth capital investments.
Prepare investment memos, presentations, and other materials for investment committee review.
Monitor portfolio company performance and support value creation initiatives.
Engage with industry experts, management teams, and advisors to gather market intelligence.
