We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Problem Management professional to join our team in Mangalore. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our railway systems by identifying, analyzing, and resolving recurring technical and operational issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong B.Sc background and 3-4 years of experience in a similar problem-solving or analytical role, preferably within the railway or a related heavy industry sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, log, and categorize incidents and problems within the railway operations framework.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and major problems.
Develop and implement effective solutions to prevent problem recurrence.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to resolve complex issues.
Maintain a knowledge base of known errors, workarounds, and solutions.
Monitor system performance and identify potential areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports on problem management activities and trends.
