Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Process Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in the Ports & Shipping sector. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and a strong understanding of process optimization within a mining context, applied to port operations. This role is crucial for enhancing efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness in our mining-related port activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize existing mining processes related to material handling, extraction, and transportation within port environments.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase throughput and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and safety departments, to ensure seamless integration of process changes.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new process initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports on process efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and environmental standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to mining processes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
