Process Trainer - MNC (Vadodara)

We are seeking an experienced Process Trainer to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in training and development, with a strong understanding of process improvement methodologies. This role involves designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees, particularly within the law enforcement and security services domain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules, tailored to the specific needs of the law enforcement and security services sector.
- Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for new hires and existing employees, focusing on operational processes, compliance, and best practices.
- Assess training needs and identify skill gaps within the organization.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance monitoring.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees to reinforce learning and address individual development needs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into training content.
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
- Maintain training records and generate reports on training activities and outcomes.
