Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and responsible Proctor / Invigilator with 1-2 years of experience and a BCA degree to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the integrity of examinations and assessments, maintaining a secure and controlled environment, and adhering to all procedural guidelines. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong observational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting examinations and assessments according to established protocols.

Ensuring the security and integrity of examination materials before, during, and after the assessment.

Monitoring candidates during examinations to prevent malpractice and ensure adherence to rules.

Identifying and reporting any irregularities or suspicious activities to the relevant authorities.

Maintaining accurate records of attendance, materials distributed, and any incidents that occur.

Assisting in the setup and dismantling of examination venues.

Providing clear instructions to candidates regarding examination procedures.

Utilizing basic IT skills for managing digital assessments or record-keeping.
