Proctor / Invigilator - Railways Sector (1-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and responsible Proctor / Invigilator to join our team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree and 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Indian Railways sector. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity and smooth conduct of examinations and assessments related to railway project training and certifications. You will be responsible for maintaining a secure and fair examination environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and conduct examinations and assessments in a fair and impartial manner.

Ensure all examination procedures are strictly followed as per guidelines.

Verify candidate identities and eligibility for examinations.

Distribute and collect examination materials securely.

Maintain a secure and disciplined environment during examinations, preventing any form of malpractice.

Report any irregularities or issues observed during the examination to the relevant authorities.

Assist in setting up examination venues and ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.

Maintain accurate records of examination attendance and results.

Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
