This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services essential for our pharmaceutical operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of procurement processes, excellent negotiation skills, and a Bachelor of Science degree.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize costs and ensure supply chain efficiency.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements.

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and potential new sources of supply.

Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to achieve favorable agreements.

Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise.

Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., R&D, Production, Quality) to understand their material and service needs.

Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare regular reports on spending, supplier performance, and market conditions.

Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and relevant regulations in all procurement activities.
