Producer - 1-2 Yrs Experience

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and creative Producer with 1-2 years of experience, holding a Master of Design (M.Des) degree, to join our team in Nasik. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production process of various creative projects within the real estate domain, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, project management, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, sales) to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
* Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for all assigned production tasks.
* Manage creative workflows, from concept development to final execution, for marketing collateral, digital content, and other communication materials.
* Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Oversee the quality control process, ensuring all deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality benchmarks.
* Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
* Facilitate communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
* Contribute creative ideas and innovative solutions to enhance project effectiveness.
* Ensure efficient resource allocation and utilization throughout the production cycle.
