Product Designer - 2-3 Yrs Experience

We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Product Designer with a Doctorate/PhD to join our innovative team in Coimbatore. This role is ideal for an individual with 2-3 years of experience who can leverage deep research insights and a strong understanding of user behavior to design compelling digital products. You will play a crucial role in defining the user experience, from ideation to final implementation, ensuring our products meet user needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth user research, employing advanced methodologies suitable for a PhD-level understanding, to identify user needs, pain points, and behavioral patterns.

Translate complex research findings and academic knowledge into actionable design strategies and user-centric product features.

Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts.

Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.

Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and performance data.

Contribute to the development of design systems and best practices within the organization.

Present design solutions and research insights to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
