Role Summary: We are seeking a driven and analytical Product Manager with 2-4 years of experience, holding a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree, to join our team in Coimbatore. This role will focus on enhancing our card-based payment solutions and contributing to the strategic growth of our digital offerings within the Indian Railways ecosystem. You will be instrumental in defining product roadmaps, understanding market trends, and delivering exceptional user experiences for our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the card payments space within the Indian railway sector.
• Define and prioritize product features, user stories, and roadmap for card-based payment products, aligning with business objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Analyze user feedback and product performance data to iterate and improve existing card payment functionalities.
• Develop a deep understanding of the financial and transactional needs of railway passengers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and payment gateway standards in India.
• Prepare business cases, financial projections, and product documentation for new initiatives.
