Program Manager - Manufacturing - Corporate (Vijayawada)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager with 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably within the railway sector. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and a strong understanding of project management principles, coupled with an aptitude for technical problem-solving. This role involves overseeing manufacturing programs, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and efficient resource allocation within our corporate office in Vijayawada.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of manufacturing programs, from concept to completion.
- Monitor program progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, quality control, and supply chain.
- Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and program status.
- Support in the development and management of program budgets and schedules.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and program teams.
