Project Planner / Scheduler - 3-4 Yrs - Medical Services / Hospital

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Planner/Scheduler with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team at Apollo Hospitals in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure the timely and efficient execution of hospital projects and initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of project management principles and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including task dependencies, resource allocation, and milestones, using project management software.
- Collaborate with project managers, clinical staff, and other stakeholders to gather input for schedule development and updates.
- Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule, identify potential delays or risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare regular progress reports, presentations, and performance metrics for project stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication regarding schedule status.
- Assist in the creation of project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource loading.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
- Support the implementation of project management best practices within the organization.
