Quality Assurance - Other at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Assurance professional with 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry to join our team at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories in Vishakhapatnam. As a Quality Assurance - Other, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. This role is ideal for a B.Des graduate who can bring a fresh perspective to quality processes, particularly in areas where user experience and product design intersect with quality control. Your responsibilities will include contributing to the development and implementation of quality assurance systems, supporting product development cycles, and ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in the review of product specifications, batch records, and other quality-related documentation.
- Support validation and qualification activities for manufacturing processes, equipment, and analytical methods.
- Conduct internal audits and assist in external audits by regulatory agencies or customers.
- Investigate deviations, Out-of-Specification (OOS) results, and customer complaints, and propose corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Contribute to risk assessment activities related to product quality and manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Manufacturing, and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure product quality throughout the lifecycle.
- Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant company policies, procedures, and GMP guidelines.
- Provide input from a design and user experience perspective on quality control elements where applicable.
