Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Quality Auditor/Inspector with a Doctorate/PhD to join our team in Noida. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent doctoral graduate looking to apply advanced research and analytical skills to ensure the highest standards of quality in our railway components and systems. You will be responsible for conducting rigorous inspections, audits, and analyses to identify deviations from quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough inspections and audits of railway components, materials, and manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques, potentially drawing from your doctoral research, to identify root causes of quality issues and non-conformities.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols for new and existing products.
- Analyze test results and inspection data, preparing detailed reports on findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in supplier audits and evaluations to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging quality management methodologies.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of quality documentation and records.
- Assist in the training of junior quality personnel on inspection techniques and standards.
